COMUNICADO DE GENIUS FUNDS, LICENCIA

Hoy va el tema de comunicados, en vista de los últimos problemas que ha tenido Genius Funds y de la posible desconfianza que ha podido generar, se han visto en la "obligación" de mandar un correo a sus clientes mostrando que tienen una licencia.

Y no es lo mismo tener una licencia, que estar registrado como empresa en algún país, ya que registrarse es muy sencillo, pero para obtener una licencia hay que demostrar que realizas una actividad y que esa actividad es lícita.

Este es el comunicado en cuestión:

Dear Rodrigo,

In the last several weeks I have received several messages concerning
rumors on our alleged violation of securities regulations in the
province of British Columbia and elsewhere.

Such rumors are spread by our competitors in order to discredit us in
the eyes of our clients. Please disregard them and in case of any
questions, contact me directly, as I am the person responsible for
any compliance issues here at Genius.

We have filed for adjournment of the hearing in front of the BCSC, and consequently the hearing was rescheduled to April 7th, 2010. We have retained counsel in the province and during the time allotted to us, we will do everything possible to obtain relevant registration under BCSC securities act.

I want to assure you that we are a duly registered and licensed
investment firm, licensed by the government of Cyprus. A copy of our
license is attached hereto.

Bien, pues este es el comunicado, si alguien no entiende algo, que me deje un comentario y traduzco lo que haga falta.

Esto es un buen síntoma, una señal de que Genius Funds, actualmente la HYIP más estable del panorama, nos da muestras de fortaleza, de que están trabajando y de que no tienen nada que esconder, esperemos que la licencia sea verídica y que tengamos Genius para rato!
